The house is located in the village of Panagia, a mountainous resort only half an hour drive from the city and the coast of Paphos. It has been recently renovated and it consists of two bedrooms, a comfortable, modern equipped kitchen, big sitting room, an extra room presently used for more formal occasions, and a bathroom.

Outside the house and attached to it there is one more toilet and the room with the fireplace which can be used both as a sitting and a storage room.

The house is fully furnished, including four beds, tv, video, air condition for cool and hot air. It has a large stone-paved yard and garden, a veranda, and garage. The house also has a privileged location at the top of a hill from where one can enjoy beautiful views of the village and the mountain of Panagia.

There are few houses near the house, the noisiest neighbour being the donkey who is living at the back side of the house.
